Yesterday I had a job interview and I can't stop thinking about whether they'll call.  Is it okay to send a follow-up email today, or should I just wait?  Many job seekers experience this post-interview anxiety, and it's completely normal!  The key is finding the right balance between showing enthusiasm and appearing overly eager.  Experts suggest waiting at least 24 hours before sending a follow-up to give the hiring team time to process the interview and other applications.
