Backend SWE Job Hunting? Get a Pro Mentor!

Is your partner (25M) struggling to land their dream backend software engineer role despite multiple interviews (e.g., Tokopedia)?  I'm seeking a seasoned IT mentor (27-40 years old) to guide them to success.  This is a paid opportunity!  We need help with mock interviews, comprehensive feedback on interview performance and communication skills, technical skills assessment, and resource recommendations for upskilling.  Building a portfolio website is also a goal.  The ideal mentor possesses extensive backend SWE experience (senior/tech lead experience is a huge plus!), strong mentoring skills, and the ability to provide structured and constructive feedback.  Mentoring will cover all aspects, from technical aptitude to salary negotiation strategies. Homework assignments are welcome! Sessions are approximately 45 minutes, with a fee of 150k per session (flexible schedule).  We anticipate a minimum of 5 sessions for optimal results.
