Indonesian AI Grad's Job Hunt: Homeward Bound?

Navigating the Indonesian job market as a fresh Computer Science graduate with AI specialization can be challenging, especially for those born overseas.  I'm an Indonesian citizen, holding an Indonesian passport, but raised abroad.  The job market in my current country favors candidates with 2-5 years of experience, leaving recent grads like myself with limited opportunities.  Returning to Indonesia seems like a viable option to gain experience, but I have some concerns. 

While I've visited Indonesia extensively, I've never lived there. My Bahasa Indonesia is still at a beginner level, though I'm actively working on improving it. My English is fluent, which is a requirement for many multinational companies (MNCs) in Indonesia. Considering the current competitive job market in Indonesia, should I still apply for positions in MNCs that require English fluency?  I'm eager to hear from anyone with experience navigating this specific situation, particularly those who've successfully transitioned from overseas to working in Indonesia's tech sector.  Any advice on job hunting strategies, language learning resources, or cultural considerations would be greatly appreciated.  The Indonesian tech scene is booming right now, with many exciting opportunities in AI and related fields, but breaking into the market as a fresh graduate is proving to be tough.
