Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies & SOPs
Performance management & employee relations
Compensation, benefits, payroll & HR administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Training & employee development programs
Strengthen work culture, engagement & discipline
Prepare periodic HR reports for management
