International Student Jitters: Jakarta Adventure & UMN!

Hey everyone!  Big news – I'm heading to Jakarta/Tangerang to study Management at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN)!  While I'm incredibly excited about this international adventure, I'm also feeling a bit apprehensive.  UMN's rankings look promising, but you know how marketing can be.  Is it truly the right choice?  Any insights from current or former students would be amazing! 

My social anxiety is also a major concern. Public speaking terrifies me, and I'm nervous about presentations and the overall academic environment.  Tips on navigating this would be hugely appreciated.  I'm particularly interested in hearing about the teaching style and student support systems at UMN.  

Beyond academics, any advice for making the most of my time in Jakarta?  What are some must-do activities?  What's the best way to meet people and combat loneliness?  I'm eager to explore the city and immerse myself in Indonesian culture, but I'm also aware that living abroad can be challenging, especially for someone like me with social anxiety.  I'm open to any and all suggestions!  Thanks in advance for your support.
