This discrepancy is puzzling.  I've noticed a lot of online speculation from people who haven't actually purchased property in Bangkok, so I'm seeking insights from experienced buyers.  The current market seems to defy some common narratives.  What's your experience buying luxury condos in Sukhumvit?
