Why is bangkok more developed than manilla ? I've never been to Bangkok however I hear the Infrastructure is a lot better. Only compliant I hear is the air quality. Also the research I did the condos look better bigger and sometimes more competitively priced. Not sure as far as immigration ph is hassle free can keep on getting extensions. Overall Thailand seems better.
