Bali Packing Nightmare: Shipping Soju & Snacks Home?

So, I've got a travel dilemma. I packed a care package to send home from Bali – think Soju, coffee, snacks, and extra clothes.  Big mistake!  DHL in Bali informed me that Indonesian regulations prohibit shipping almost everything I packed.  Now I'm scrambling! I fly to Malaysia in three days and will carry this extra luggage with me to try to ship it from there.  My research suggests Malaysia might be more lenient, but the alcohol is still a major concern.  Has anyone successfully shipped similar items internationally? What are the best practices for navigating these shipping restrictions, especially when dealing with alcohol?  Plus, with the current rise in international shipping costs and delays, this whole situation is extra stressful.  Any advice or tips on how to avoid these issues in the future would be greatly appreciated.  I'm open to any suggestions – even unconventional ones!  What are your experiences with shipping internationally, particularly from Southeast Asia?
