Jakarta Fashion Hunt: Kuffiyeh & Batik Dress Adventure!

Planning a Jakarta trip (September 3rd!), but current events have me a little hesitant.  As a Singaporean Chinese, I'm concerned about recent tensions and want to prioritize safety.  My main goal is finding beautiful kuffiyeh or batik fabric near the airport – ideally with delivery – to have a custom dress made.  Does anyone know reliable fabric stores or markets with delivery options in Jakarta?  Any advice on navigating the city safely as a tourist would be greatly appreciated.
