Looking for a local market in Jakarta for T-shirts and clothes in general

I’m looking for a local market or tips on finding afford one cost-effective clothes like T-shirts, sweat pants. 

I been recommended to go to Tanah Abang Market. 

Someone also suggested a company called  cititex for t shirts. 

Any tips
