Bangkok or Bust? Big Dog, Bigger Decision!

G'day fellow pet lovers!  A massive career opportunity in Bangkok has me torn.  My amazing company wants me to relocate, but there's a furry hitch: our Newfoundland, a gentle giant who's become family.  We also have two cats, making this a three-pet relocation challenge.   Southeast Asia holds a special place in my heart, and I've lived there before, but online searches paint a concerning picture of Bangkok's dog-friendliness.  The heat's not a major worry (our dog's a pro!), but finding suitable off-leash areas and pet-friendly accommodation seems difficult, especially with three animals.  So, I'm turning to the expat community for advice.  Fellow large-dog owners in Bangkok:  What's your experience been like? Is it truly as unfriendly to dogs as Google suggests?
