Visa Run Agent

I am looking for Visa run agent. Any recommendation? 

Probably to Laos, and I would like to "customise" if possible. I can't take long minivan ride due to medical reasons. So taking a flight to Laos and if needed, can come back with their minivan. 

And yes, I am in kind of situation requiring visa agent.
