Going to Phuket for the first time! I have dumb questions

To bring a girl you met on the street back to your hotel, what do you normally ask her? Do most of them speak English or what kind of translation app do you use? 
Looking to have some fun but I don’t want to do it anywhere that is not my hotel haha.
Any advice?
