where to get medical care in bangkok?

so my ear hurts, alot, pain killers dont work, im worried so i would like to get checked out by a doctor

i live in YanNawa area, but theres NO CLINICS OR HOSPITALS HERE!?!?

only botox and fillers, like wheres actual medical profesionals? someone please help me find a clinic or a doctor in the Satron area, thats not gonna be VERY EXPENSIVE FOR FORENEIRS LUXURY,

i just need a check up and probably some medicine
