Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, repair, and optimize sports machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a passion for fitness equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on sports machines, including treadmills, ellipticals, and weight machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Order and replace parts as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably with sports machines.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including gyms and fitness centers.
