Responsibilities: Technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, user training, hardware and software support.
Qualifications: Relevant certifications/degree in IT or related fields, soft skills like communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Technical Assistance:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for employees and clients.
Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software tools.

User Support:
Assist users with setup and troubleshooting of devices like laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Conduct remote or in-person support for technical problems.

System Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to safeguard organizational data.

Additional Optional: Systems and Network: Have good understanding of Server / Network etc.
