Saudi Arabia SIM Card OTP Nightmare! Help!

My Saudi Arabia trip turned into an OTP fiasco! I initially got a Jawwy SIM (let's say 053 165 1111) at the airport and registered it for Absher, Nafath, and SPL.  Everything worked perfectly until my wife arrived.  I was told she couldn't get a SIM on her tourist visa, so I bought a second Jawwy SIM (053 165 2222) under my ID. Now, ALL my OTPs are going to her number, rendering my original SIM useless!  STC redirected me to Jawwy, but after a 25-minute hold and a frustrating chat, the problem remains unsolved, likely due to a language barrier. My wife leaves soon, so a quick resolution is crucial.
