Relocating to Qurtubah with Family: Housing Costs & Company Benefits!

We're a family of five (3 kids under 8) from London, finalizing a job offer in Qurtubah!  We're researching housing costs and finding a wide range – compounds are pricey, while non-compounds offer more reasonable options.  What are realistic rental expectations for a 3-4 bedroom house near Qurtubah? Your insights on this would be invaluable!  

Also, navigating company benefits is proving tricky.  The initial job offer included a housing allowance, but now it's separated into base salary and housing – with no education allowance included. Is this standard practice in Qurtubah?  We're keen to understand typical company policies regarding housing and relocation packages to better prepare for our move.
