Excited to be relocating from Dubai to Riyadh in a few months! My team's expansion is taking me to Laysan Valley, but I'm navigating a few questions.  Salary negotiations are on the table, but I'm unsure of the best approach given the move is unavoidable.  Housing is a big one – I currently pay AED 160,000 annually (approximately $43,500 USD) for a studio in Dubai and need to figure out Riyadh's rental market.  Can I find something similar in Laysan Valley's price range, or should I expect higher costs?  Commuting could be tricky as Laysan Valley lacks a nearby metro station. What are my transportation options if I live further out to save on rent?  As a vegetarian Indian male expat, I'm keen to connect with the local community, find good vegetarian food, and explore my weekend hobbies like cycling and hiking.
