Low Current Pre-sales Engineer (4-5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a bright and dedicated Low Current Presales Engineer with about 4-5 years of experience in low current systems, preferably Honeywell solutions.
As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team by offering technical expertise and solutions to the clients. You will be in charge of understanding customer requirements, developing proposals, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring that our solutions fulfill the clients' demands and the project specification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our low current systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and respond to RFQ.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including product selection and configuration.
• Proficiency in designing is must.
• Reviewing & complying to the project specs.
• Arranging the Technical submittals & detailed wiring diagrams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in presales, technical sales support, or engineering roles, preferably in low current systems (e.g., CCTV, Access control, Fire alarm, PAVA, Master Clock & Nurse call system).
• Strong technical knowledge of mentioned low current systems, products, and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Shall be aware of the designing software AutoCAD, Visio, EdrawMax.etc.
