Location: Alhayat Investment Company – Blue Business Unit, Riyadh, KSA

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in estimation and bidding to join our Blue business unit at Alhayat Investment Company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive bids, ensuring technical accuracy in designs, and managing material selection and submittals.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare electrical designs, load calculations, and technical proposals for bidding.
Select electrical components and materials based on project requirements and compliance standards.
Review project specifications and ensure all technical requirements are met.
Prepare and submit material submittals, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Oversee and review shop drawings, coordinating with designers and drafters.
Analyze and estimate project costs, ensuring accurate pricing and feasibility.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials.
Provide technical support and clarifications during the bidding process.
Assist in value engineering and alternative solutions to optimize costs.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
2-5 years of experience in electrical estimation and bidding (MEP or construction field preferred).
Strong understanding of electrical design, load calculations, and material selection.
Experience with estimation software and bidding processes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

This position is strictly for candidates with experience in estimation and bidding. Site engineers or candidates without relevant estimation experience will not be considered.
