Electrical Power Technician

Our growing company is hiring for an experienced candidate for the position of ELECTRICAL POWER TECHNICIAN that plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of efficient electrical power systems. You will oversee creating, testing, utilization of electrical power that is efficient, safe, and sustainable and putting into place electrical power systems.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to industry standards and local codes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoots electrical issues
• Works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring
• Propose modifications and retesting products.
• Designing electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to the creation of power control equipment.
• Collaborating with other engineers and professionals on projects, including architects, civil engineers, and energy consultants.
• Conducting quality assurance tests to validate the functionality of electrical systems and components.
• Preparing technical documentation, reports, and specifications to guide system installations and maintenance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
