Jakarta Family & Solo Traveler Haven: 30-Day Apartment Hunt!

Planning a month-long Jakarta adventure? Our group of solo travelers and families (8 people total) needs your expertise! We're searching for four separate apartments within the same building or complex, ideally near Pacific Place Mall and the Jakarta Convention Center for easy commutes.  Safety and convenient public transport are top priorities.  

We're dreaming of a residence with amenities like a gym, tennis courts, and reliable WiFi. Furnished units with cooking facilities, washers/dryers are a huge plus!  Solo travelers have a budget of around $500/month, while family units (2-3 bedrooms) need to stay under $1000/month. 

Airbnb's proving challenging – finding multiple units in the same building or nearby is nearly impossible.  Your local knowledge could be a game-changer!  Do you know of any apartment complexes or property managers who might have suitable options?  We're flexible but prioritizing a safe, well-connected location that caters to both solo adventurers and families.
