How to approach a women for a date?

So I was sitting in a cafe this morning and they were two women sitting on the next table. They were definitely talking about dating and dating apps. One woman was asking another. How is this swiping going on?

I wish i had instant courage to go and ask her for a coffee. What should i do when i see her next ?
