Food near Patong

Hi,

I’m going to Phuket at the beginning of April. I’m looking for food recommendations around the Patong area

I can find loads for the old town but not as many close to the Patong area.

Any recommendations would be good but specifically looking for that’s a nice restaurant for a birthday/anniversary dinner. Preferably Thai, dim sum, Japanese or Italian  as that’s why my partner likes.

Any recommendations is appreciated.
