Job Title: Design Architect

Job Description:

Preparation of concept design of Landscaping (Hardlandscaping.Softlandscaping, Electrical and Irrigation) and Interior fit out
 Preparation of 3d/ 2d design
 Proficient in Interpretation of RFP/Bidding Documents,Project Contract Documents, Specification, Standards and Drawings
 Preparation of Shopdrawings/ As built
 Knowledge and Familiar with Saudi Standards, and othe international standards
 MS, Revit, Autocad, 2D & 3D, GIS with Driver License
 Initiative as Team Leader

Qualifications:

 College Degree in Engineering (with PRC license)
 Autocad, Revit, Sketch up, Lumion, 3d/2d,
 Experience in Landscaping(Hardscape,Softscap, Civil related, to MEP, stormwater & irrigation system) and Infrastructure
 Computer knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Autocad

Experience:

3-10 Years Abroad (Preferred KSA/ any)
