D1 Visa Photo Nightmare in Denpasar: Beat the Rush!

My visa extension photo appointment went sideways! My agent booked me in Denpasar instead of Jimbaran (major fail coming from Uluwatu!).  They said 9am, but the office supposedly opens at 8am.  Has anyone recently used the Denpasar immigration office for D1 visa photos?  Is it worth showing up at 8am to try and avoid the crowds and get it done quickly, or does the photo service actually start later?  My agent is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot – their WhatsApp replies are canned responses that dodge the actual question.  Any advice from those in the know would be amazing!
