Business Development Manager A leading Talent Acquisition is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to lead their Manpower Division. This role is crucial in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships with clients who require top-tier manpower solutions, including local manpower, outsourcing, and vendor registration management for government, semi-government, and private companies. The Business Development Executive will focus on strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the client base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, the executive will be responsible for trading activities, such as equipment supply, including bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and other essential machinery, alongside overseeing vendor registration for local manpower, overseas manpower, and trading services. Responsibilities (About the Role) The Regional Market Entry Specialist will be responsible for managing post-onboarding support including mentorship coordination, business development introductions, office sourcing, and day-to-day assistance across operations. You will work closely with the on-ground team to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of all on-ground activities. Your entrepreneurial mindset and structured approach will be essential in driving a tangible impact on the growth journeys of these high-potential enterprises. • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the manpower division • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored solutions • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor • Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company • Collaborate efficiently with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement • Oversee and mentor junior business development staff within the division • Support companies with logistics, regulatory processes, and operational needs in Saudi • Organize and attend BD meetings, regulatory sessions, and networking events • Accompany companies to industry events and conferences to support their BD efforts • Identify relevant tenders and market opportunities for participating companies • Maintain a living database of contacts, tools, and market-entry resources Please send cv by email: [email protected]
