Bandung Tank Museum: Public Access?

Hey everyone!  I'm curious if the public can visit the military museum near Bandung and see the tank that's been generating buzz online.  Many historical military museums around the world are opening their doors to showcase incredible pieces of history, and I'm hoping this one is too.  Have any of you been recently?
