Position Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Advertising Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social advertising campaigns. This role is for someone who thrives on data, loves testing new strategies, and is constantly looking to improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
o TikTok Ads
o Snapchat Ads
o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Analyze and optimize campaigns using performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate).
• Conduct A/B tests, adjust targeting, and iterate on strategy to improve results.
• Build and manage audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, interests, and engagement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and ad best practices.

Requirements
• Proven success managing ad campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of ad metrics, user funnels, and platform-specific strategies.
• Managing and optimizing budgets for performance.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat for Business.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
