Why my Electricity Bill is 8k?

Hey guys, I live in a 2BHK Flat in Jagatpura and I wanted to know why my Electricity bill is 8k this month. Last month it was 3.2k even when we used AC all the time. This time as my flatmate was sick we did not use AC for 2 weeks and I was out of town for 2 weeks as well. Do you guys have any idea?

Edit - We paid our dues late last month as Flat Owner did not provide us with a new K-Number on time.
