weeknight markets

hi all, I’m going to be in Phuket for 12 nights and just wondering if there are any markets on a weekday/night to check out? 

I’m only there for one weekend so will be checking out the market in old town :) 

thanks! also will appreciate any recommendations of things to do during the day (staying in old town area but happy to travel)
