Seeking a highly organized and efficient Female Office Admin/Secretary with excellent computer skills.  This is an urgent opening for iqama/visit visa holders in [City, Country - Add City and Country here].  Enjoy a comfortable 6-hour workday (5 days/week), with Fridays and Saturdays off!  A 3-month probationary period applies, followed by work visa sponsorship upon successful completion.  

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage office paperwork and filing.
* Organize meetings and schedule appointments.
* Greet clients and handle inquiries.
* Efficient email management.

**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent typing skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Basic Arabic knowledge preferred (a plus!).

**Important Note:**  This position requires a professional appearance; the wearing of a niqab is not permitted.
