Transportation Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled transportation supervisor with client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and route planning.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of drivers and dispatchers to meet performance targets.

Ensure compliance with local and international transportation laws and safety regulations.

Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary logistical liaison.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics; implement process improvements to optimize cost and delivery times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transportation supervision or logistics management.

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a logistics environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with fleet‑management software and MS Office Suite.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Iqama must be transferable

Salary package will be determined based on CV evaluation and experience during the interview process.
