Transfer of stamps to new passport at Chaeng Wattana

Hi, I will get my new passport in 1-2 weeks and started looking into what I have to do w.r.t. the transfer of the entry stamp once I have the new pp. I came across various posts on asianow and other places, linking to the form that needs to be filled out in order for immigration to transfer the stamp. Mind you, I noticed that some of those links had a form showing "to sub-division 2" whilst other links had PDFs showing "to sub-division 1". Does somebody know which one I need to download and fill out when requesting the transfer at CW? Cheers!
