Soi 38 neighborhood

hello. i signed up for reddit because i found out about this community!

I am considering buying a condo on suk soi 38 and just wonder what people think about it. 

i will be living here so it's **not** an investment property. i like the soi because it's close to the city center and its not that easy for me to get around at the moment. i explored and liked the vibe, did research on the developer (Land & House), it's in my budget, etc. everything checks off, but wanted other peoples thoughts for things i am not thinking of.
