Site Project Manager For NEOM. Exp In Fire, EPC Projects, With PMP, NFPA Needed

Hiring Urgently :

-Position: Site Project Manager

-Work location: Duba for Neom project
Duration: 6-8 Months
looking for a candidate who can join the Site: Immediately

-Qualification: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Master's degree is a plus
-Experience requirements: + 15 Years in fire system EPC Project
-Certificate requirement: PMP, NFPA certified.
-Nationality: any Nationality

-Annual Leave: 30 calendar days
-Working hours: As per project Hours Working hours per day: 10 hours/day
-Working days per week: 6 days/week

Key Activities:
-Manage assigned work effectively to control scope, cost and schedule.
-To Monitor and direct the construction works to ensure the success of the project
-To ensure that Safety Requirements are fully understood and implemented
-To ensure compliance to QA/QC policies and procedures
-Checking and preparing site reports of manpower and work progress status
-To ensure that the works are executed in compliance with the project schedule and planning of construction activities
-To ensure that the works are executed in compliance to the IFC drawings and project technical specifications
-To report to the Planning department any deviations that could affect the sequence and duration of construction activities
-To periodically conduct safety and quality inspections
-Maintain quality records
-Responsible for mitigation of any delays, emergencies that could arise as a result of construction activities
-Promote safety and welfare practices in the work teams
-To ensure a full synergy climate in the execution of the construction works.


Note: Job duration is extendable by 6 months, depending on the project completion date extension and client requirements
