The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in piping construction within the oil and gas sector.  A strong understanding of international piping standards, IFC drawings, and NDT requirements is essential.  Excellent communication and coordination skills are vital for managing contractors and ensuring project success.  Preferred certifications include PMP, API 570, CSWIP 3.1, and ASNT Level II.
