SAR 2000/month, Studio, Beautiful Independent Villa

I am leaving very beautiful and spacious house has one bedroom one big hall, kitchen, one toilet. It is villa not appartment just near to Masjid Bar Walden and baqala of J Oil pump is very near.
I am paying 2600 but now owner is taking furniture back and is agree to give in 2000, you can negotiate with owner directly. I am planning to leave on 17th march but I have paid rent till 5th April so anyone want this house can contact me. Remember it is unfurnished n without AC. I have one top load automatic washing machine one LCD Tv 32’ and one microwave oven small which I can sale for total 1000 SAR.
