5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (evening)
Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
The rent is fixed with no negotiations. The first payment will include an additional SR 300 setup fee, and the monthly rent will be SR 1500 thereafter.

The property is secure with no risk of theft or vandalism. It’s a safe and quiet residence.

Preferably, I would prefer a Kashmiri and educated person.
