SAR 1000/month, Executive Bachelors For Single Room For 6months

I have a single room in the family apartment. I am looking for a decent bachelor Non-Smoker (Muslim) 2 person only. All Kitchen accessories, separate window air-conditioner, and auto washing machine available as sharing. Please note: privacy and understanding is highly important, hygienic should maintain cleanness inside the flat to avoid any conflict. Electricity, Maintenance and wifi I'll be sharing separately. Must pay 6 months rental in Advance.
