Aye, have you seen that Phu Quoc in Vietnam is now the most trending travel destination for Indians and especially Bengaluru crowd! And honestly after seeing the photos I totally understand why. Crystal clear water, white sand beaches, affordable food and hotels, and visa process is also quite easy for Indians now. Compared to Maldives which burns a hole in your pocket, Phu Quoc gives you similar beach vibes at half the cost. Many of my IT colleagues have already been there and they say the seafood is absolutely mind blowing. Also the flight from Bengaluru is not too long - around 4 to 5 hours. Perfect for a long weekend getaway. If you are planning international travel this year and bored of same old Thailand and Dubai, definitely consider Vietnam.
