PG vs Flat - what's better for expats?

Considering PG instead of renting a flat. Good idea or nah? I'm a solo expat and don't really need a whole apartment. Plus PG seems easier - no furniture hassles, food included, bills managed. Anyone living in a PG in Bangalore? How's your experience? Any good ones in HSR Layout or Marathahalli you'd recommend? Thoughts? 🤔
