My experience aligns with this growing trend of prioritizing authenticity, highlighting the disconnect between the hype surrounding One8 Commune and the actual customer service.  I strongly advise against visiting unless you're prepared for potential chaos and subpar service.  Save your money and time; there are far better dining options available.  Learn from my costly mistake – I should have walked away the moment things went wrong.
