Kamala Rental Nightmare: Couple Cleans Me Out!

I recently rented my Kamala property to a couple for six months.  The woman worked at the prestigious Andara Resort and Villas, so I felt confident.  However, after just two months, they vanished, leaving behind a trail of missing belongings and a shockingly high electricity bill – approximately 7,000!  Everything from towels and sheets to cutlery and books was gone.  While I have a security deposit, replacing everything and covering the massive energy debt is incredibly frustrating.  This kind of blatant disregard for someone's property is simply unacceptable.  I'm sharing my story to warn others about the potential risks of renting, especially in popular tourist destinations.
