Jakarta Apartment Hunting: Lebak Bulus Luxury on a Budget?

Relocating to Jakarta soon and securing a comfortable place is top priority! I've found a short-term boarding house in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, for around 1.8 million IDR, but I'm now searching for a long-term apartment.  I've spotted a promising option at 2.4 million IDR, inclusive of utilities. However, I'm worried about electricity costs; friends have warned me it can easily reach 1.5 million IDR monthly! My usage will be moderate: weekdays (Monday-Friday), AC at night and laptop for 5 hours; weekends, potentially 12 hours of AC and laptop use if I'm not out.  Given these concerns, is a 2.4 million IDR apartment with inclusive utilities realistic, or should I budget higher?  Ultimately, I'm aiming for comfortable living near Lebak Bulus for around 3.5 million IDR, with easy guest access (unlike my current boarding house!).
