Jaipur Solo Trip: Budget-Friendly Teen Adventure at Jagrukfest!

Hey fellow teens!  I'm heading to Jaipur's LLAs Jagrukfest on June 8th – my first solo adventure!  I'll be arriving on June 7th and super excited, but need some advice.  I'm a budget traveler, so any tips would be amazing.  Specifically, I'm looking for cheap accommodation near the Jaipur International Center in Jhalana Dongri.  Should I rent a scooty or use public transport to explore? What are some free or low-cost attractions?  And most importantly, where can I find affordable restaurants?  I'm trying to keep my 3-day trip as budget-friendly as possible.
