How do you survive Bangalore traffic?!

The traffic here is INSANE! 😱 Took me 2 hours to go 8km yesterday. How do you guys deal with Bangalore traffic? Any survival tips? Thinking of getting a two-wheeler but not sure if it's safe. What do most expats do - Uber daily, buy a car, bike, or what? Genuinely need advice here!
