How do adults make friends in Bangalore?

Okay real talk - how do you make friends after 25 in a new city? 😅 Work colleagues are nice but I need a life outside office! Used to have a solid friend group back home and starting from scratch here feels weird. Tried some apps but most people flake. Anyone want to grab coffee or explore the city? Into hiking, good food, and random adventures. Or suggest some social groups/clubs where I can meet cool people! 🙌
