Hotel LK metro, Soi honey rec

I just got back from a month trip in November. I stayed at The Stay Hotel on soI 10. I was very happy with the hotel, the location, etc. but as I book my next trip for the middle of April, I have found they are sold out. Having spent a great deal of time walking around the greater area can anyone recommend a good hotel that’s around LK Metro or soi honey area? Looking to spend around $30-$40 per night. I do not want to stay in a dump. Lol a notch up from a dump is suffice. Lol 

Also, I’m looking at dates from April 8 through the 20th if anyone is looking for a wingman. Hangout, a few beers, chance down the girls and talk shop. Hit me up.
